1. Be a Nigerian 17 years of age and above

2. Possess an ICT knowledge/skill 

3. Fill an *Expression of Interest Form* with valid NIN, Email, Phone Number and distinct Address, the *Online Form* will be sent to you by any of our admin in the group, when you chart him/her  that *I am interested to join the Project*

4. Be ready to abide by the does and don'ts of the project which will be stipulated during the training stage

5. Pass a prescribe examination after you received the training 

6. Possess *All in One Technocrats Android Mobile System* or it's equivalent 

7. Pay Non-refundable licences fee,  installation and maintenance of softwares fee for each Android system that is to be onboarded

8. Make a *Test Enrolment* of at least three (3) persons to ascertain your level of compliance 

9. Start live enrolment of any person who did not registered for NIN before (both child and adult)

10. Any person you successfully registered and issued him/her with NIN, you will be paid the lump sum every month
